With a reputation for our professional approach in Environment, Central Demolition has initiated to divert most of its demolition waste away from landfills to recycle them into useful materials for reusing. Thus this commitment towards sustainability and minimising deconstruction waste had pertained us to incorporate Central Environmental Limited where we will be recycling concrete from demolition and construction sites across the lower North Island including: Wellington, Manawatu, Taranaki, Hawkes Bay, Rangitikei and Central Plateau including Taupo.

We are determined to reduce the volume of demolition waste to landfills. As part of ISO14001 Environmental Management Systems, we together with our Corporate Partners have initiated actions to recycle all concrete into reusable aggregates. We are endeavouring to reduce the impact of dumping all demolished waste in landfills which has high impact on the environment in the future. We also engage with have consultative engagements with Regional Authorities, Experts for technical improvements to achieve our goals.

In our Resource Consented site, Concrete is crushed and repurposed into versatile and usable aggregate and made available to the local market at competitive prices. Types of concrete that is recycled includes slabs and footings. 

Keestrack K4 Screening Plant is a new add to our range of machinery, adding value in screening different materials. The mobile screening machine is a solid and skilfully designed machine with a view to separate concrete, stone, granulates etc according to their different sizes. It consists of a high-quality diesel engine and very high-quality hydraulic, electric and mechanic components and is driven by load sense proportional hydraulic system with heavy duty piston pump. The machine is also equipped with permanent magnet in order to remove metal objects. This fit for purpose equipment has streamlined our processes to obtain value in optimising quality.
